Profile Option: ORA_HRT_SKILL_SUGGESTIONS

The guide to enable dynamic skills says to enable profile option ORA_HRT_SKILL_SUGGESTIONS.

This profile option does not exist as of Release 25A.

Of course we can create it, if necessary.

Can you please clarify (a) what it does, and (b) how exactly you want us to create it?

I assume the module shall be Profile Management, and the profile option value shall be Y on Site level?

Or is this a mistake in the guide?

Correction:

I forgot to consider that some time ago Oracle has added a prohibition, so we can no longer create profile options beginning with ORA ourselves.
