how can i stop a Po from been rejected by the application because the BPA agreement got expired

Summary:

We need to avoid/prevent PO being rejected due to BPA expiration.

Example, BPA is active until we convert the PR into PO. Now, PO stuck in the supplier pending acknowledgement status. Supplier acknowledge the request later some days like after 2 or 3 days. By the time if BPA got expired then the application rejected the PO. how can we prevent this? We need that PO is open status.
