Person Security Profile not Working in OTBI

Summary:

We have created a Employee custom role and attached a person security profile to employee. Employee can only view his own record in UI. We have created an OTBI analysis and attached its URL to a newly creared custom icon/quick action on homepage.
When employee clicks on this icon, a new tab opens where employee can see all employees data. Our requirement is that employee should only be able to view his own record.

Similarly, Line Manager can only view his team member's data in UI but in OTBI, he can see all employee's data.

How can we restrict users in OTBI to view data based on the person security profile attached to their role?
