Need Clarification - Business rules to default and Validate fields in Recruiting

Summary:

Hi,

Is the business rules available for ORC pages (Create Requisition) to default and validate the fields. We have a requirement to default the Pay range(min and max) from the Job Grade to the Job Requisition flex fields. Can this be accomplished using Business rules?

We know this can be built using AutoComplete Rule in HCM Design Studio, but not sure if this will work in Redwood Requisition Creation Page.

Any insights will be helpful.
