    • Can we send attachment as part of Oracle Cloud Commerce Service emails

    We have different email notifications in Oracle Cloud commerce Service . Is it possible to send attachment also as part of this let us say an attachment in Order Submit email. I tried to save a base64 value of a file as a dynamic property and then tried to do a href of that dynamic property value with download attribute but the a href is not loading in the email
