what isn't allowing the user to see expected shipment lines?

Hi, i need to see expected shipment lines in the Supply chain execution > Inventory Management , I have the right access to see the page "receive expected lines" but once I click on the link, the page shows this message:

I was wondering if it's a matter of roles and privileges or some setup i need to do maybe in the "manage receiving parameters" task,

and if so, which setup should be done in order to complete the action:
