AI Assist - what is the full process to activate it

We have enabled the AI Assist functionalities under

Connections (as described here : Use Artificial Intelligence in Connections)

Goal Centre (both in Performance and Development Goals as described here Redwood - AI Assistance in Goal Creation)

We have also checked the Fusion Generative AI Data Center Region Availability Document 2991131.1 and it looks we are supported.

Nevertheless the functionalities do not seem to work after activating them. The is no error message it is just that the AI Assist buttons do not render any results or create a blank page. We have raised as well SRs on those issues ( SR 4-0000392421, SR
