Configuring Email Integration multiple domains for Microsoft Azure
The actual purpose of E-mail integration is to record and track the complete email communication between the customer and the sales person in the "Accounts" screen of Oracle fusion.
We have enabled the "Email integration" with Microsoft Azure using "Manage Microsoft 365" under Setup and Maintenance under.
We have configured all the required "Application ID, Application Key, Email Integration Addresses" from the Microsoft Azure for a single email domain (for the domestic users), which is currently up and running.
The client has been using different "Microsoft Azure domains" for Domestic and Exports users.
For Instance: Two different domain are being used if the Users belongs to 2 different countries (USA & UAE) which is as per the client's business process
