    What is the recommended maximum characters for EFF valueset of 'Validation type' as 'Format Only', 'Value Data Type' as 'Characters' and 'Value Subtype' as 'Text'? It is understood that system allows upto 4000 characters for 'Format Only' type of values sets, but how much does the database columns support, is it recommended to use maximum characters of upto 4000 characters? Or is there any recommendation on this, to avoid issues if these attributes are used for integration, reporting or in any other modules?
