Absence Plan does not update when worker's employment details updated.

Summary:

Has anyone encountered an issue where, when a worker's employment was updated, the new eligible plan was not enrolled, even though the Update Accrual Plan Enrollment process was scheduled to run daily? What is the possible reason for the new plans not enrolled to the worker?
