    Is it advisable to make changes to the budget department hierarchy in the middle of a fiscal year?

    What will be the impact on the open PO transactions that have already consumed the budget out of the budget uploaded at the begining of the fiscal year.

    Additionally what steps are to be taken if such changes are made.
