After the Feb monthly update, it is noticed that the waiting page (the spinning indicator) after a rule/ruleset is launched does not show up anymore.

Although we are aware that the waiting page can disappear if the rule/ruleset running exceeds certain length of time ( my guess is 3 min?), in most of time this is very helpful to our users to know the In Progress/Complete status without needing to do an extra check in Job Console.

Can this waiting page be retained as a feature?
