CAMT053 Export Data completes with Error status instead of Warning with Zero transactions
Summary:
When ARCS receives CAMT.053 bank statement files with all zero entries/transactions, the job will fail when loading to ARCS.
This seems to be a misleading Error status. We see the failure and waste time investigating but there is no issue with the job or the data to investigate. The job should end with Warning status.
I understand from our Treasury teams that bank statements with zero transactions are expected and still necessary for reconciliation and tracking purposes. ARCS will continue to receive these zero transaction bank statements. Can this be fixed?
