Unable to establish connection with Adobe signin for contract document signature

Summary:

Our client has got license with Adobe signin, I have create 14 day free trial user account with admin access, when I try to connect Oracle with adobe getting the below error message:

You must perform this setup using an Adobe Acrobat Sign administrator account. (ZCA-210443)

My oracle app user email id and adobe email id is same and have administrator access, but still getting the error message.

Has anyone completed adobe signin with contract modules, please help.
