    Currently, customers are unaware of their Cloud Account Administrator details. Since all cloud-related activities must be performed by an administrator, users who do not know their admin frequently log Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle to obtain this information.

    In the last quarter, nearly 60% of User Management SRs were raised solely for identifying the admin details. To improve user experience and reduce these requests, we propose the following enhancement in the Cloud Console.
