How to ensure that the balance adjusted on a date lapse after 365 days for an absence plan?

Summary:

We have an absence plan in which the balances are loaded through HDL. The requirement is that the balance adjusted on a specific date must lapse after 365 days. ie. If 1 day gets adjusted on 23rd Nov 2024 it should lapse after 365 days if the employee doesn't use it. ie. after 22nd Nov 2025, the balance must be 0.

I had tried to implement it using Global absence accrual matrix fast formula by creating a value set for fetching the processed dates of an employee. But it is not working. I am not sure whether it is because of the plan term issue (1st April YYYY-31st March YYYY). Please give me another workaround or sample fast formula which I can use to achieve this requirement.

Howdy, Stranger!
