Customers currently lack visibility into their assigned administrators (IT Security Manager / Cloud Account Admin). Since all cloud-related activities require administrator access, customers frequently log Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle just to retrieve this information.
In the last quarter, 60% of user management-related SRs were raised solely to request administrator details.
This leads to increased SR volume, delays in issue resolution, and a suboptimal user experience.
