Can we create an elapsed shift with a paid break?

Summary:

We have made the decision to use the new HR Work Patterns to capture an accurate work schedule for all employees. We have a requirement where we need to be able to capture that an employee works 7 hours but has a 1 hour paid break which means a total of 8 hours a day or 40 hours per week. We need this so that we can do calculations in the time card correctly. Is this possible? You seem to only be able to record an unpaid break.
