Using groovy to move a file from the Data Management Inbox To the Oracle Planning Inbox Explorer

I am working with OTBI report(s), and this report holds master data which needs to come into EDMCS.
OIC is being used as the facilitator from Oracle Fusion into the Oracle Planning Data Management Inbox.

In order for EPM automate to pick this file and pass it into EDMCS, the file needs to be in the Planning Inbox/Outbox explorer, so for that reason, I'm exploring groovy to move or copy this from the DM Inbox into the Planning Inbox/Outbox Explorer. If there is a more efficient method, I'd be grateful.
