Unable to edit or add the Inventory Organization Parameters such as "contract manufacturing" details

We are encountering an issue while trying to add or edit Supplier and Supplier Site (Contract manufacturing check box is uneditable or grid out) details in the specific Inventory Org parameters. We are able to add or edit details for other Orgs without any issues, and after validating and comparing the access permissions, we found that they are consistent across all Orgs.

Could you please confirm this is a major issue , and kindly provide a resolution or guidance on how to resolve this?
