Is the supply chain financial orchestration needed if PC Business Unit is same as Proc BU

We have a business scenario where we need to create new Procurement BU but payment needs to done from an existing BU. Also both the BUs (Existing and New) belong to same Legal entity.

Payment BU → Existing (BU A)

Requisition BU → New (BU B)

Procurement BU → New (BU B)

Profit Center BU → New (BU B)

With this business scenario, do we need to configure Supply Chain Financial Orchestration ?
