How do I query Administrator Profile Options?

We often find that there are Administrator Profile Options that are enabled or disabled during upgrades that we are unaware of and are not part of the release notes. Because of this we have created a query to review profile options with a site value of 'Y' before and after an upgrade. Here is the query that I am currently using:

select POV.*, PO.PROFILE_OPTION_NAME
from FND_PROFILE_OPTION_VALUES POV,
FND_PROFILE_OPTIONS_b PO
where PO.profile_option_id = POV.profile_option_id
AND LEVEL_NAME ='SITE'
AND PROFILE_OPTION_VALUE = 'Y'

I would like to be able to pull in Profile Display Name, Application, Module, Description, but when I dump the FND_PROFILE_OPTIONS_b table I do not see these fields. Is there a different table where I can get that information from or suggestions on a better way to write this query to pull that in?

Howdy, Stranger!
