    • Issue: Approval Notification is not triggered for New Item Request

    Once the New Item Request Definition is Marked as Complete, Approval Notification is expected, but user does not receive any approval notification

    After this, user does not get approval notification. We checked Oracle Doc ID - 2375825.1

    When we navigate to BPM 

     

    When we click on Start Synchronization, there is an error. Note: All DFFs and EFFs are deployed related to Item and New item request

     

    Please guide, what should be done?
