    Summary:

    We are trying to make a change to the supplier portal via a sandbox. In production despite giving a user account all of the proper roles and running all of the proper jobs the account cannot activate the sandbox. This works perfectly fine in all of our non-prod environments and will not work in Prod. This is not an understanding problem, it is an issue with the application. Support refuses to provide support for a functionality that is not working (being able to access a sandbox with proper security) and insists that we log a question here.
