Data Integration Pipeline - EPM FCCS Job - Clear Data not working for power user

Summary:

We created a pipeline in FCCS to execute jobs, one of which is the "Clear Data" job. The pipeline must be run by a Power User. When executed with System Administrator access, the "Clear Data" job runs successfully. However, when running it with Power User access, it fails.
