How do you identify Scheduled Controls in RMC?

Summary:

We encourage clients to schedule their controls. Sometimes this means by priority or by business area….

The common struggle is that once they schedule a batch of controls how do you identify which controls are in which schedules?

There does not seem to be any data in the subject areas to create a dashboard and the schedule itself presents 0 detail.

So once you create a schedule of multiple controls you are blind.

The answer cannot possibly be to create an individual schedule per control.

How are others efficiently scheduling their controls?

Internal audit asked to prove controls were scheduled and we cannot do that so we had to re-write control to say control would be run weekly and we then have a simple otbi that reports the last run. Purely an after the fact.
