    • How to grant permission to Oracle account

    Hello,

    We want to let our account Oracle Iter Support have permisions to access/use the following tasks (in the attachment/ Iter account - example), so we asked HQ

    team to grant Accounts Receivable Manager and Expense Auditor role to Iter Support account, but even if we ran the job Retrieve latest LDAP changes, we still cannot access/use the tasks mentioned above.
    Can you please check and let me know what roles should Iter Support account have to be able to use the mentioned setting tasks?
    I have attached the excel file, Iter account - example sheet for the example of some tasks Iter Support account cannot access, fin_impl for all the roles fin_impl account can access (this is the most powerful account), BITA FIN  for all the roles BITA FIN account can access, Oracle Iter for all the roles Iter Support account can access.
