Overridden Seeded Workflow Notification Templates - what do we do to get the seeded templates?

It seems that we no longer have the seeded templates in our Seeded folders. Not sure how long this has been the case, but could be since Go Live (>4 years ago)

How do we get these reestablished?

Retrieval from other Pods is not an option due to Refreshes.
