Can we do rate inquiry in bulk plan and network routing options via integration

Summary:

We have a scenario wherein we are getting rates from external application, so after creating order release when user performs bulk plan or network routing options, we want system to perform rate inquiry via integration as well, by default system does rate inquiry for internal rates but we want system to show rates via integration and internal both
