    • Urgent issue with Powerpoint report package

    Hi there,

    We are currently facing an urgent issue where all the doclets in our powerpoint report package are failing to refresh when trying to roll over our variables since beginning of this week. The error shown next to individual doclet is unclear.

    We have ran the linked report for each of the reference doclet which is used in the doclet that is failing and they all run perfectly fine.

    In addition to that, we have also noticed that we can not even embed any grid based content on any of the doclet. Only charts work fine. Below is the error we receive when trying to embed a grid into a doclet:
