    Summary:

    we have a requirement to restrict users to edit the shipment cost manually on the screen based on custom status.

    Eg: Assume we have status as COMPLETED user should not have access to edit the shipment cost either increase or decrease the cost.

    Tried using the VPD but no luck.

    Audit action EDIT SHIPMENT will block the user editing the whole shipments

    Is there a way we can restrict it?
