Scenario - A new CPQ quote is created, and products are configured using a model and added to commerce, where calculations are performed based on values retrieved from a configuration text area attribute. Afterward, an asset is created. However, when this asset is renewed in a renewal quote, the configuration text area attribute is not carried over, causing the commerce calculations to be lost.

Is there a way to retain the configuration text area attribute in the renewal quote when the asset is renewed? I’ve looked into custom asset fields, but they do not support text area type fields.
