    We have many Lower instances which were needed throughout development, now taht we are online and the system is stable we would like to get rid of few lower instances. The option to deactivate the application is available through IDCS 'Oracle Cloud Services,' but from what I ahve read in Oracle documentation, it merely prevents users from using the application, it does not remove or decommission it entirely.


    Does the IDCS /EPM Gen-2 application have a self-service option for decommissioning?
