    Hello All,

    We have recently implemented the Item Master for our company, specifically for Good Not for Resale items such as fridges, shelves, etc. However, we are encountering difficulties in configuring “Services” within the Item Master and would appreciate some assistance. Below are some of our questions, along with a screenshot from a recent Oracle demo. Additionally, we would like to know how to configure our system to match the setup shown in the screenshot.

    1. What are the key attributes to enable for service items? - High Priority Question
      • How do you configure the item type for service items?
      • What attributes should be enabled for tracking service delivery and performance?
