Linking Attachments from DOR to Talent Profile

Hi,

We have all the degree information, along with attachments, stored in the DOR. I want to load this data into the Degrees section of the Talent Profile. While I can transfer the data using Loopback HDL, I am looking for a way to directly link these attachments from DOR to the Talent Profile.

We prefer not to download all attachments and re-upload them as BLOB files. Instead, is there a way to establish a direct link, as these attachments are already stored in the content server? While HDL can be used, we want to avoid the additional step of downloading and reloading attachments.
