We have a requirement where middleware expects certain custom HTTP header parameters which should not be part of the Payload (Not even in TransmissionHeader).

The custom header parameters should indicate a unique id for the message (Same like our SenderTransmissionNo).

I have already explored the option of using "HTTP Header Profile" but with that we can pass only a static parameter value and not a dynamic one.

Is there any possibility within OTM that can generate custom header parameter with a dynamic parameter value?
