External Forecast not consumed fully

Summary:

We have loaded External Forecast using FBDI, Example for Item A, 10 Qty of Forecast is loaded for 18-Mar-25.

SO01 is having schedule Ship date as 14-Mar-25 and qty as 8, which correctly consumed 8 qty from the forecast. There is another Sales order SO02 which is for the same customer and site with a due date of 28-Feb-25, Expectation - it should consume 2 qty from forecast which is ramaining however it is not happening.

We have below setup for plan otion which should consider old due sales Order of 28-Feb-25 as well.

Demand schedule is at Customer level, I tried at item level as well however same issue.
