To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

ORA_HRT_SKILLS_ENRICHMENT_ENABLED wrongly enabled
Based on the documentation, the profile option ORA_HRT_SKILLS_ENRICHMENT_ENABLED should be read only, and only be set by the process "Prepare Application for Skills Enrichment".
However, in one of our environments, this profile option is enabled even though the process was never run.
We don't want to move to the AI version of Skills at this point, but now cannot undo this setting.
So, I have three questions:
(a) how could this have happened?
(b) how can we change it back?
(c) what are the (negative) consequences of this profile option being set?
The system says that this profile option value was set by FUSION_APPS_HCM_ESS_APPID.
