Which Setup can i use to change the Qualification Area level field in Supplier Qualification?

Hi

Hi is there any way in oracle fusion to enable that if supplier site is not available in the supplier master for a particular supplier so that when a supplier qualification initiative is raised for that supplier a warning will pop up mentioning to add supplier site first for that supplier then only supplier qualification will take place ?

I think this is possible if I change the Qualification Area level to Supplier Site only but where can i change that from?
