How Performance documents work with goal plan sets in Redwood UI

We need to add all goal plans in the goal plan set to one performance document section

According to the requirement, it is needed to add all goals in the goal plan set (different goal plans) to be available in one Performance Goal Section of the Perfromance Document template. Also, this should not consider the weightages set to the goal plan in Goal Management but take the weigtage according to the teamplate as 70%. But still in the goal management side the Goal plan weightage should be available. Please advise us on how we can configure this requirement in the Performance Management.
