YTD data is not rolling up correctly in FCCS

In case of our client Feb to Jan year is followed in FCCS. However, when we check data at Jan 24 YTD it is not matching with sum of periodic values from Feb-23 to Jan-24. Instead it is taking sum of Jan-24 periodic to Dec-24 periodic in Jan-24 YTD. Please refer below Screenshots:

Has anyone seen this issue before? How it can be resolved
