Work Schedule future dated rows not joining correctly OTBI

Summary:

We have a report comparing the work schedule vs the work schedule assignment. Work schedule (Assignment real time) Work Schedule Assignment ("Person Schedule Assignment"."Schedule Name") (person real time) . The report finds future dated changes to the work schedule assignment, and brings both into the report, but assignment real time work schedule cannot. So the report stops it being correct. This is needed to compare if work schedules are being loaded correctly into the work schedule assignment. Is there no way to do date filtering on the person real time?
