Qualification area attachments

We are encountering an issue where the supplier contact is not able to download the attachment within a question/qualification area. This is difficult to troubleshoot as during testing I am able to download the attachment(s) without issue. I have so far tried recreating the question within the qualification area and am still receiving the same feedback that the supplier is not able to download the attachment. We moved to Redwood SQM in November 2024.
