Mass Update without BML code

Summary:

We have a need for Operations team to Mass Update transactions (Quote Headers).

They can't do BML code - Is there a File Upload or something similar to update fields easily?

Oracle CX has Mass Update as one of the Actions in the List layput.

The Redwood Transaction Manager does not have a Mass Update action though.
