Steps that need to be followed:
1. Go to setup and maintenance
2. Search for "Manage Descriptive Flexfields"
3. Search for subscription
4. Open the right dff
5. Select Manage Contexts
6. Search any context defined
8. Select the segment defined and click on View>About This Record
