Data Exchange refresh metadata option is throwing error after adding a new dimension

Summary:

I have added a new dimension to an existing application and i want that dimension to be available in data exchange so that it can be used in the integration process. However when i select "Refresh Metadata" option, it is throwing this error. It is neither generating any log file. Did not see this issue earlier.


Any idea how to troubleshoot this?
