With valid intersections enabled, a 7,000 line file times out at 30 minutes in Data Management export. When they are disabled, the file takes 5 minutes. All lines in file are purposefully valid and all would load should it complete. A 10 line file exports in 30 seconds with valid intersections enabled and the same file takes 17 seconds with valid disabled.

Our valid intersection definitions are broken into 9 groups involving the necessary combinations of Account, IC, C1, and C2. All are written as "valid" rules - there are no "invalid" rules.
