How to change the Expected by date in PAR replenishment? it is always defaulting to current date.

Summary:

We are creating PAR count to replenish stock item internally from another inventory org within the same BU.

when creating the PAR count, the expected by date is always defaulting to the current date. we need a have a need by date as "system date +1".

we added lead time in the PAR subinventory and also in the source sub-inventory. still the date is defaulting to System date.

Also we have changed the transit time between the inventory orgs in inter org parameters, still the expected by date is current date.

kindly assist us to understand and change from where the expected by date in a PAR count is default to, what is the logic?
