Project Sources Available in Receivables to generate Invoice Accounting

Summary: In our project we are generating two different types of invoices in project billing i.e. Regular Standard invoice and Retention Invoice.

Only way to differentiate currently is by using the line description. if the line description is Retention Billing then it is a Retention invoice. Other than that it is not a retention invoice. Client want to generate a separate accounting for retention and other invoice. What are the options available to generate the accounting in receivables for project invoices.
