Can we create a Purchase Order referencing to an agreement with 0 amount at header level.

Hello Team,

We have three requirements in our project :

a) To reduce the Header value of existing agreements to zero but the system is not allowing and throwing us the following error :

"The amount limit can't be reduced below the released amount." - Is there a way to remove the error , there has been previous releases against the agreement and orders are also closed. This is the scenario that we face - Total Agreement Amount - 57600000, current released amount from the order - 5740000. Now as per the business requirement when as user is changing the agreement header value to zero , the system is giving the above mentioned error.
